Hi Stampers!

Welcome to the Stamp It Group Halloween and Fall Blog Hop.  I am so excited to see all the fun creations everyone has to share.  How about you?

I love Halloween don’t you?  I love going into the grocery store and seeing all the scary decorations everywhere.  One of my favorite things, is seeing the cupcakes the bakery creates.   Orange, Black and Purple icing with the cute little cupcake toppers to match.

Those cute yummy cupcakes inspired my card today.   I was also inspired by a youtube video from demo  Dawn Griffith .  I had so much fun creating this Pop Up Twist Panel Card.  It just makes me smile.  I plan on giving it to my niece with a matching cupcake.

 

The front of the card is cute but pretty simple.  I wanted the inside to be the WOW!  lol

 

The card comes out pretty thick so I didn’t use any dimensionals on it, so it will still fit in an envelope.

The pop up actually twists open to reveal the fun scary cupcakes.

I just love the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper , it has so many cute and versatile patterns.

What do you think of my little scary guys?  Aren’t they just adorable?  For the Mummy I used the cheesecloth looking stamp from the  Ghoulish Grunge Stamp Set  The Vampire was so fun to color with the  Stampin’ Write Markers  , and for the Skeleton I colored in around his bones with my Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker so he would really stand out.
